"Too all who are planning a safari, We visited Eastern Cape Province of South Africa, I am 60 years old and went with my son, 25; my nephew, and his wife.
This was our first-time hunting in South Africa. I have been to Kenya and Tanzania in years past. My nephew planned the trip and found Glenn Ridge with Wild Safari Africa Adventures, LLC.
Glenn was such an enormous help in planning our trip. He was always available to answer any and all questions I had; walking us all the way through. Not only he helped us with choosing the right Safari outfitter for us he also helped us with our airfare, travel insurance, rifle permits and much more.
He was a wealth of information from what clothing to take, to giving us direction as to which South African taxidermist to use to dip and pack our trophies. He also provided us with the name of a shipper in South Africa and a broker in Atlanta to clear the trophies once they arrive in the USA. Valuable information! The lodge itself was 5 stars!
The food was fantastic! Our PH and tracker did a great job! We really enjoyed the time we spent there and would go back again in the future."

We are back and settled in from the trip. I can't thank you enough for helping us navigate the entire Safari process. We really appreciate all the recommendations you provided and the quotes for the various outfitters you represent. Thorndale Safaris and the entire staff did an excellent job during our stay. They made my family, and I feel like we were their only clients for the year.
Here are couple of things to consider if you are interested in an African Safari-
Is the outfitter vetted with good, reliable reviews?
How well do they handle Kids and spouses?
Do they have as much ground as advertised?
Are the hunts "canned" in small confinements?
Glenn with Wild Safari African Adventures handles all of this for you in advance. He helped with gun permits, where to stay before and after the hunt as needed, and special adventures outside of hunting.
My wife, who is not a hunter, really enjoyed the trip. She went on a lot of hunts with us and made the stalks in search of various animals we were after. Our sons, ages 10 and 15, really did well travelling and hunting for the entire time we were there.
I would recommend Glenn to guide and help you on an unforgettable Safari in Africa.
